Payment of Fees for Odd Semesters (1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th & 9th) by existing students of all Programs

  • It is hereby informed that the Odd semesters of respective program for students (Semester 1st, 3rd, 5th ,7th & 9th) have already commenced.
  • In view of that the students shall pay the fee of respective semester on or before July 30, 2024 through various payment options (modes) as given below.

Note:

  1. Students whose odd semesters are yet to start shall pay their tuition fees within 15 days from the commencement of respective semester.
  2. The students have to pay the fee by Cheque and shall submit the Cheque at the Admin Section of the respective Institute mentioning your Enrolment No., Name, and Mobile Number on the backside of the cheque. Please do not deposit cheque directly at the Bank. 
  3. The payment of fees should be done by Cheque only. However, if a student wish to pay the fee through the Online mode given in above link, the submitted post-dated cheque will be return on submission of proof of payment at the Admin Section of the respective Institute. 
  4. The fee payment through NEFT/RTGS/Cash Deposit into University/College Bank Account directly will not be considered due to non-identification of transactions of fee paid by the students.
  5. In case of financial problems, the student shall make the written request to the respective College’s Principal before July 25,2024. The confirmation of the request will be reverted from the office of the principal after verification of application.
  6. In case of Govt. Scholarship / Education Loan / Charitable Trust or Government or Company Sponsored students; you shall have to communicate to the principal office and submit the request in writing before the deadline given as above. The students shall have to apply to the sponsoring body with all supporting documents before the last date of fee payment.
  7. Failing to adhere deadline or above advisory, the late fee of Rs. 100/- per day will be applicable which shall be utilised for student Book bank.

Guideline for Payment of Fee using ICICI Payment Gateway

Process Step

  1. Open Student Web Portal (https://erp.ganpatuniversity.ac.in/) Click Here
  2. Login with your User ID (enrolment no) and Password.
  3. Go to Transaction >> Pay Institute Fees Online (ICICI Payment Gateway)  Screen 
  4. Select Payment Mode Option 
  5. Process for Payment with respective payment mode.
  6. Generated Acknowledgement after successful payment by Payment Gateway
Guideline for Payment of Fee using HDFC Payment Gateway

Process Step

  1. Open Student Web Portal (https://erp.ganpatuniversity.ac.in/) Click Here
  2. Login with your User ID (enrolment no) and Password.
  3. Go to Transaction >> Pay Institute Fees Online (HDFC Payment Gateway)  Screen 
  4. Select Payment Mode Option 
  5. Process for Payment with respective payment mode.
  6. Generated Acknowledgement after successful payment by Payment Gateway

Guideline for Payment of Fee For International students

Process Step

  1. Click on the "Pay Now" button below 
  2. Fill in Personal and Enrollment Number detail (if not available then use 00000) 
  3. Type  your Correct Program / Course and Institute Name (Discuss with the university Representative in case of assistance)
  4. Select Payment Mode Option (USD/INR) and Amount you wish to transfer
  5. Process for Payment with respective payment mode.
  6. Generated Acknowledgement after successful payment by Payment Gateway and share to University representative on int.admission@ganpatuniversity.ac.in
